Pomona Bail Bonds

Pomona Police Department & Jail Information
The Pomona Police Department is immediately adjacent to the courthouse, making it convenient when inmates need to go to their arraignment hearing. Parking is limited and, although they have a lobby, the general public is not permitted to wait inside for inmates being released from custody after posting bail.

Being Bail Agents, we are allowed to enter the lobby to hand over all the necessary paperwork to post a bail bond. Once these documents have been accepted and approved the bail process will start. From this time forward it should take approximately 15 to 30 minutes for your friend or loved one to be released. Our agent will wait with you until the inmate is released.

As in many local city jails, if an inmate has not posted bail by the time they appear for their arraignment, which is 48 hours after they’re arrested, they will be sent to a larger LA County jail until their next court date. Trying to bail someone out of a county jail takes much, much longer, possibly a half a day or more, so we suggest that you start the bail process as soon as you learn of the arrest.
