El Monte Bail Bonds

El Monte Police Department & Jail Information

When someone is arrested in El Monte, they will be taken directly to the El Monte Police Department and Jail to be booked. It is not unusual, however, for inmates to be transferred to larger jail facilities in the county, where the bail process could take many hours to a couple of days, so getting the bail process started early is crucial to getting your loved one or friend released in a shorter period of time.

The lobby is very small, but open to the public. On average, the release time for an inmate, once we’ve posted a bond, is about 30 minutes. Of course, this depends on how busy they are when we arrive.

Valley Blvd. is a very busy street and sometimes it’s difficult to find parking in the area. Usually you will park on the side of the PD building, but during busier hours of the day, you might need to park on the street close to the park near the building.
