Burbank Bail Bonds
Burbank Police Department & Jail Information
The Burbank Police Department & Jail is located on the same property as the Burbank Courthouse. When you arrive at the jail you will find the public parking located in the rear of the building. Once you enter the building, you will proceed to the lower level where the jail is located. Our licensed bail agent will meet you there and take you into the building. There is a call button that will allow you access into the jail area, but you must be there for a business transaction in order to gain access. After we are granted access there is a small waiting area inside where you and your family can wait, while we prepare and submit our paperwork to the officer at the reception desk. Once accepted, the jail begins the bail process for the person in custody to be released. After the jail has completed the preparation for release, they will return any personal property (not including anything that is being held as evidence) that the arrestee had in their possession at the time of arrest. Then they will be released directly into the lobby area.
Normally the entire process from the time we post our bond until the inmate is released, takes about 30 minutes to one hour. Depending on how busy the jail is at that time of day, it could take longer, but will still be less than 3 hours
