Beverly Hills Bail Bonds

Beverly Hills Police Department Jail Information

Beverly Hills Police Department is one of the more modern jail facilities. They have a very simple system for the bail bonds process, which makes it easy for us to have your friend or family member released from their custody. Once the arrestee arrives at the jail, the booking process normally begins immediately, unless they are unusually busy, which would then delay the process.

The jail will obtain basic personal information, take a booking photo, and fingerprints of the person in custody. Then, they send the fingerprints out to the Department of Justice (D.O.J.) to search for any active warrants. If the fingerprints are returned with an active warrant, the jail will then book them on that case in addition to the current arrest. If the prints come back without warrants, the arrestee will be eligible for bail immediately.

Once the arrestee is ready for bail, our bail agent will go to the 2nd floor to post the bond with the jailer on duty. After they have accepted our bond, we will go downstairs to the ground level and outside of the building to wait for the person to be released. Your Premiere Bail Bonds Agent will show you where the door is that they will be released from and wait with you for their release. The entire bail process is quick and typically takes no more than one hour.
The Beverly Hills Jail is a temporary holding facility for arrestees, who are usually held here for a few days until they are released on bail or have had their bail hearing.
